Safety is our top priority. We cannot operate our inflatables in heavy rain or high winds (over 24mph). If the forecast is poor, we will contact you the day before to discuss options. If we have to cancel, your deposit is fully transferable to another date.

You'll need enough space for the inflatable itself, plus an extra 1.5 meters (about 5 feet) of clear space around the entire perimeter for safety and access. Please ensure the area is free of sharp objects, overhanging branches, and pet waste.

Absolutely. We hold a £5 million Public Liability Insurance policy. While we are fully insured, the hirer is responsible for ensuring proper supervision of the inflatable and its users at all times during the hire period.
